Our retreats offer a safe space for participants to explore their patterns and break limiting beliefs. By focusing on how to deal with stress, our participants leave with a renewed sense of well-being and practical tools to maintain their mental health.

I'm Prajkta Shandilya, a psychotherapist and mindfulness trainer with over five years of experience and a Master's in Psychology. I've hosted numerous workshops and retreats, leading individuals towards self-compassion and wellness. Through my journey as a psychotherapist, I have developed various mindfulness practices to help people understand how to deal with stress effectively.
As an avid traveler, my own journey inspired me to create "Mindful Wonderer," aimed at helping people explore themselves, enhance self-awareness, and resolve personal issues. My retreats focus on mindfulness practices and exercises for mental health that encourage participants to develop self-compassion and find effective coping strategies.
By combining the expertise of a psychotherapist with the benefits of mindfulness practices, our programs provide comprehensive support for those seeking to improve their mental health and develop sustainable coping strategies.
