Prajkta Shandilya
The Founder
Ms. Prajkta Shandilya is a counseling psychologist with a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety, depression, and suicide prevention. She is an alumna of NIMHANS and IIT Bombay and the founder of The Mindful Wonderer. Ms. Shandilya believes in the mind-body connection and uses a mindful therapy-based approach to promote well-being. She has developed the Mind Your Wellness program, which is designed to teach individuals wellness skills by promoting mindful awareness of their patterns and providing tools to elevate their well-being. With her expertise and commitment to mindfulness, Ms. Shandilya is dedicated to helping individuals achieve a greater sense of inner peace, purpose, and fulfillment. The program incorporates meditation classes to help participants manage stress and improve their mental health.
