The Mind Your Wellness program offers a holistic escape from daily pressures, focusing on personal growth, mental well-being, and meaningful connections. With an emphasis on mindful living, participants will cultivate present-moment awareness and balance in both their inner and outer worlds. Through a unique blend of mindfulness, adventure, creativity, and communal activities, this retreat will help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and form deeper connections in a supportive environment. This beautiful place provides you with a respite from everyday life and to allow you to experience nature in its purest form offering the best of the views, river rafting, local interaction, and an undivided view of the lush greenery around you.

The property is situated in a forested area, offering an experience vastly different from typical city accommodations. Expect a unique and immersive experience in nature’s embrace, distinct from commercial city properties.

Day 1 – Arrival & Introduction to Mindfulness
  •  Begin your journey with check-in and take in the serene beauty of your surroundings.
  • Participate in a group session that fosters connection among participants.
  • An introductory mindfulness session will lay the foundation for your experience, emphasizing the importance of being present in each moment.
  • Experience the thrill of a kayaking adventure, connecting with nature on the water.
  • End the day with an evening sharing circle, where you’ll engage in open dialogue and connect on a deeper level.
Day 2 – Exploration, Creativity & Resilience
  •  Start the day with a refreshing scenic hike, immersing yourself in the tranquillity of nature.
  • Engage in a fun, freeing art therapy session to reconnect with your creativity and expression.
  • Learn key resilience-building techniques in the sharing circle, empowering you to handle life’s challenges with greater strength and awareness.
  • Enjoy a lively game night that stimulates cognitive growth while encouraging bonding and laughter.
Day 3 – Reduce Burnout
  • Greet the day with a rejuvenating yoga session, followed by a complete body relaxation technique that leaves you grounded and at peace.

About Organizer

I'm Prajkta Shandilya, a psychotherapist and mindfulness trainer with over five years of experience and a Master's in Psychology. I've hosted numerous workshops and retreats, leading individuals towards self-compassion and wellness. Through my journey as a psychotherapist, I have developed various mindfulness practices to help people understand how to deal with stress effectively. As an avid traveler, my own journey inspired me to create "Mindful Wonderer," aimed at helping people explore themselves, enhance self-awareness, and resolve personal issues. My retreats focus on mindfulness practices and exercises for mental health that encourage participants to develop self-compassion and find effective coping strategies.

By combining the expertise of a psychotherapist with the benefits of mindfulness practices, our programs provide comprehensive support for those seeking to improve their mental health and develop sustainable coping strategies.

This program is open to individuals aged 21 and above who are looking to improve their mental well-being and build stronger personal connections.

The retreat will accommodate a maximum of 10 participants to ensure an intimate and supportive environment.

Participants will stay in twin-shared accommodations, fostering a sense of community while ensuring comfort.

We will provide Satvik vegetarian meals, focusing on nutritious and wholesome food that supports mental and physical well-being.

While meditation and yoga are part of the experience, this is primarily a mindfulness retreat where you will learn psychological techniques to cultivate mindfulness and enhance overall well-being.

The retreat is led by Ms. Prajkta Shandilya, Psychologist and Mindfulness Trainer. An avid traveller with over 5 years of experience in the field of mental health, she has designed this program using evidence-based practices to ensure a transformative and holistic experience.

 

Add- Mention that substance use (alcohol, marijuana,) is not allowed during the retreat.  Individuals facing difficulty due to absence of substance use will be provided support. If found consuming substance during the retreat, the participant will be asked to leave immediately.

To maintain a mindful and focused environment, the use of alcohol, marijuana, or other illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the retreat. Support will be provided to participants who may find it challenging to abstain during the retreat. However, if a participant is found using any substance, they will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15 before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat will not be eligible for a refund.
