Day 1 – UNWIND & DISCOVER

Day 2 – Resilience & Mindful Mastery
- Engage in a morning hike and mindfulness practices to start your day with a sense of calm and clarity. As you immerse yourself in nature, you will have the opportunity to explore various mindfulness practices that can enhance your overall well-being. Learn how to deal with stress through these mindfulness practices, which can help you stay centered and focused throughout the day.
During the hike, a psychotherapist will guide you through different mindfulness practices designed to help you connect with your surroundings and inner self. Discover how to deal with stress using techniques that promote relaxation and mental clarity. The psychotherapist will also provide valuable insights on how to deal with stress effectively, offering tools that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
After the hike, participate in art therapy sessions led by a skilled psychotherapist. This expressive form of therapy, combined with mindfulness practices, will allow you to process emotions and gain new perspectives on how to deal with stress. Finally, join a sharing circle where you can connect with others and discuss your experiences, guided by a psychotherapist who will facilitate the conversation and provide additional support on how to deal with stress and implement mindfulness practices in your life.
Day 3 – Reduce Burnout
- Wrap up the workshop with a deeply enriching self-expression session, where you can reflect upon the abundance of knowledge and experiences gained over the past two days. Share your reflections with the group and celebrate the fruitful journey together.

About Organizer
I'm Prajkta Shandilya, a psychotherapist and mindfulness trainer with over five years of experience and a Master's in Psychology. I've hosted numerous workshops and retreats, leading individuals towards self-compassion and wellness. Through my journey as a psychotherapist, I have developed various mindfulness practices to help people understand how to deal with stress effectively.
As an avid traveler, my own journey inspired me to create "Mindful Wonderer," aimed at helping people explore themselves, enhance self-awareness, and resolve personal issues. My retreats focus on mindfulness practices and exercises for mental health that encourage participants to develop self-compassion and find effective coping strategies.
